if you (in general) have a goal you aim to achieve, it is important to be sincere and committal in your efforts. I personally have struggled with this and realize that I have mastered the art of fabricating excuses. I catch the devil on my shoulder constantly scrutinizing the cracks in every circumstance that it can gain leverage on; thereby compromising the integrity of my goals.
